I lead companies through growth, turnaround, integration and strategy execution phases. My strength is getting people, leaders and different units to move in the same direction, clarifying goals and turning decisions into everyday execution.
I am typically most useful in situations where a company needs clearer direction, better aligned leaders and stronger execution in everyday work. In many cases, the problem is not a lack of ideas or plans, but the fact that leadership is not aligned enough and decisions do not become part of everyday work.
My background combines CEO, business leadership and commercial transformation roles across different businesses. I am particularly interested in situations where growth has slowed down, focus is scattered, leaders are not yet working well enough together, or strategy needs to become practical execution.
I do my best work in environments where owners, the board and leadership genuinely want to move the company forward. My approach combines business realism, direct communication and the ability to get people moving in the same direction.
