I am typically most useful in situations where a company needs clearer direction, a stronger leadership team and better execution. In many cases, the problem is not a lack of ideas or plans, but the fact that leadership is not aligned enough and decisions do not translate into everyday action.
My background combines CEO, business leadership and commercial transformation roles across different businesses. I am particularly interested in situations where growth has slowed down, focus is scattered, the leadership team is not yet functioning as a real team, or strategy needs to become practical execution.
